  Absolute Poker was my second choice while I was still a rookie on the online poker and it seemed to be a nice poker room for me to continue my learning on the subject. It has a good variety of poker games, such as the well known ‘Texas hold’em’ and the typical ‘Omaha’ or even ‘Stud’.

For those who don’t want to deposit and just want to enjoy the free poker, there are lots of free rolls, on which you can win nice prizes, from signed books to great cars! Although, some of these tournaments require a previous qualifying round, but due to the involved prizes, I guess you will agree when I say that even if you have to spend $5, you will find it compensating.

As you can notice, while visiting this card room, this is not the largest one, it’s not even close to Party Poker but it’s still a nice poker room for you to get started. Anyway, it offers nice real money tournaments, on which there are some relevant prize pools, such as the ‘$100k guaranteed’.

If you are not on the mood for tournaments, you can also check out the regular poker games tables, which will offer you the possibility to play against all kind of players, from beginners, to advanced users of the online poker.
